Welcome Back!

I just wanted to say that I’m back on the grind for a few different reasons. Since my last post, I switched up my music strategy and started working with other artists more. Namely Breaking Day, a pop group that I started back in April 2011. Things have just barely started to move with them, but people can see that they are really good.

I also decided now to get back on the artist train for a little bit as well. But, before I start working on music, I need to get back in shape. I started working out, doing Insanity by Shaun T. I did it for about a week, two weeks ago, but I wasn’t dieting. Exercise without diet, doesn’t work that well. So yesterday, I ate the right food and I worked out. My body doesn’t feel like it going to fall and that’s good. The meals are hard because I don’t sleep on the same schedule. For instance, today I didn’t get up until 10am. I didn’t start eating till about 11am. That’s not good when yesterday my day began at 9am. But I’ll just follow procedure and eat my last meal at 11pm tonight.

Meals like this are not exciting, but they get the job done.

I am but a shell of my former self (several years ago). This is not pretty.

So here you have it. This is what I look like at 37 years old. Its time to change a few things. In a few weeks I’m going to cop some supplements from the Body by Vi challenge. I just haven’t made the call, because I don’t want to be sold when I already am. It’s kind of an important step in my process of becoming a self-made millionaire.
